Operating principle:
Classifier, together with cyclone separator, bag filter and radial fan, formsa dry powder classification system. Under the air lashing force from radial fan, feed materialsare brought with uprising air stream into classifying chamber from feed inletof classifier. Under strong centrifugal forces of high-speed rotating turbo wheels,coarse and fine materials are separated. Coarse materials, together with somefine materials, lose speed after bumping against wall and fall to secondarydraught. During strong washing of the secondary drought, coarse and fine materialsare separated once again. Fine materials go up to classifying cavity to be classifiedcontinuously, while coarse powder falles down and goes out through the unloading valve.
